Terms of Use

We ONLY transfer ownership of a firearm to individuals or agencies in possession of a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL). This means they cannot ship directly to you unless you are an FFL holder.

 

If you do not hold a valid FFL, we will transfer your purchased firearm to your choice of a licensed gun dealer in your state.

 

It is your responsibility:

 

  • to ensure you are legal age. 
    to ensure that a firearm is legal to own in your state.
  • to complete all required paperwork when you pick up your purchase from your local dealer

 

Be aware that it is customary for your local dealer to charge a transfer fee at the time you pick up your purchase. This transfer fee is strictly between you and your local dealer. Please check with your local dealer concerning their policies. You do not pay us the transfer fee. Certain dealers also apply sales tax. This is between you and your FFL dealer.

 

Note: Knowing and abiding to State and/or Local laws/restrictions prohibiting the possession/ownership of any item sold is the customer's responsibility. Any merchandise credit required for not complying with the aforementioned is subject to a 15% re-stocking charge and any shipping charges incurred.

 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payment by credit card for online orders. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept internationally issued credit cards. We do not have the ability to process an order using multiple credit cards. We are unable to process payments using reloadable prepaid cards such as Serve from American Express, etc.

 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information may result in order cancellation. Prior to accepting an order, we may also request additional information from you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. Shipping charges will not be refunded for orders that are canceled after it’s been processed.

 

PRIVACY

We respect our customer’s privacy. We will never sell or disclose ANY customer information (i.e.: e-mail addresses, names, telephone numbers or physical addresses). We value our customers and their privacy. If for some reason you have no interest in receiving the best specials in the Shooting Sports business you can change the status at any time by updating your profile or contacting us.

 

PRICES

PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME. Due to changing legislation or items with limited availability prices can change at any time.

 

RETURNS

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. All return goods will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returns must be authorized within 3 days of receipt/inspection. Return shipment must have an issued RA# on outside container, return shipping is not refundable.  Returns older that 60 days will be issued in store credit.  NOT ALL ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO REFUNDS.

 

DAMAGES

Claims of shortages or damaged shipments must be made with the carrier immediately for proper claim handling. Our responsibility ceases when delivery is made to the carrier in good order.

 

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

We are not a warranty repair station for any manufacturer. We stand behind all of our products, upon delivery, to be free of defects. Firearms must be inspected prior to the transfer insuring the correct item was received in satisfactory condition. After the transfer is complete all defects and warranty issues must be addressed by the manufacturer. We offer a 3-Day Inspection on all accessory products. In the unlikely event you receive a defective accessory item we will replace that accessory item at no charge to you except the shipping it costs to return said item. Returns of defective accessory merchandise past the 3-Day Inspection period must be made directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT TRANSFERS

Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly at the FFL dealer BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we cannot provide a full refund for new firearms once they have been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items. We do understand that some manufacturer defects may not be identifiable upon initial inspection. However, upon discovering a defect AFTER the transfer, the firearm MUST be returned directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair (in accordance with manufacturer's warranty policy). By sending a defective firearm directly to the manufacturer, you can avoid the unnecessary transfer fees of returning the firearm to us through your local FFL dealer. If we do receive a defective firearm that has already been transferred, we will simply forward the firearm to the manufacturer on your behalf. Manufacturer repaired firearms can be returned directly to the customer without additional FFL transfer or associated fees. However, if the manufacturer chooses to replace the firearm, the replacement firearm must transfer through your local FFL dealer to document the replacement firearm serial number.

 

CANCELLATION AND ORDER CHANGE FEES

We invest time and money to prepare every order that is placed on our site, even before the order ships. After you have placed your order online, or over the phone, with a sales associate, you will be charged 10% Cancellation/Change fee if you decide to cancel the order or substitute products. You will not be charged any additional fee for adding items to an existing order. By placing an order online or making a phone order with a sales associate you agree to pay this 10% Cancellation/Change fee should you cancel or change your order. Our business is not set up to change orders easily. We apologize for having to implement these changes, but it is necessary in order to keep our prices low for our customers.
